Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and payment authorized.
- We’ll verify stock availability immediately with our warehouse.
- If any item is unavailable, we will contact you right away.
- If in stock, your items are processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Shipment
- In-stock orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
- All orders over $99 ship Free to the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with Standard Ground Service.
- Tracking information is emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
- Large orders may ship via freight truck (no lift gate by default).
- Orders placed close to the 1pm cutoff may ship the next business day.
- Shipping to the lower 48 states is included in the price.
- Freight deliveries require a valid phone number for appointment scheduling.
- Delays may result in storage fees or missed delivery charges.
- Extra charges for missed appointments or re-delivery are customer responsibility.
- We currently do not ship outside the lower 48 states.
Damages
- Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- If visibly damaged, you may:
- Refuse the shipment
- Photograph the damage
- Sign: “Carton damaged and refused”
- Contact us immediately
- If unsure, sign: "Packaging damaged. Possible concealed damage."
- Report confirmed damage within 48 hours to both carrier and us.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All canceled orders are subject to a $40 admin fee, shipped or not.
- Shipped orders: buyer pays return shipping costs.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Keep all original packaging, including pallets, for returns.
Backorders
- Out-of-stock items will be communicated immediately after order placement.
- Delays may occur due to port holdups or missing factory parts.
- You can choose to wait, substitute, or cancel if timing changes.
- Once restocked, shipping and tracking updates follow within 1–3 days.
