I placed an order for a complete twin walls flue system for my new freestanding stove. I had a problem with the spigot on my stove not being correct size to fit the first starter section of pipe. I contacted Flue-Pipes by the chat messenger and received a response despite it being a BH weekend. I was then called directly on the Tuesday and helped to solve the issue there and then whereby they sent parts free of charge delivered the next day. Absolutely great- sorted my issue and meant there was no major delay to fitting the stove. It looks great. Can’t fault them. Highly recommend, well done.
