Amazing service, especially as these days traders are either not contactable or “there is always a minor misunderstanding”. However, Michel JANSSEN, was instantly available and we did a video call to ensure everything would work as intended, where he was highly experienced in his consultancy. The order was shipped the next day, as we missed the lunchtime cutoff time for the order and arrived the day after shipping in the morning.
