Limited Lifetime Warranty

Class A Chimney pipes

Chimney & Stove Co. LLC warrants that its Class-A chimney systems are free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original consumer owns the system. This warranty covers the replacement of any parts that fail due to normal residential use with a fireplace, wood stove, furnace, or boiler.

Our chimney systems are intended for venting heating oil, natural or LP gas, untreated wood, and low sulfur coal. They are rated for continuous use up to 1000°F (538°C). This warranty does not apply to use with condensing appliances or installations outside of our specified use.

Important: This warranty is void if the chimney is used outside its intended purpose or is not installed according to our provided instructions. In the event of a chimney fire, the system must be inspected and approved by a certified chimney sweep before reuse. Regular maintenance is essential for safety and performance.

Chimney & Stove Co. LLC also warrants all stainless steel chimney components against perforation due to corrosion. However, this warranty does not cover any damage to buildings or property caused by chimney fires or product misuse.

No claim will be honored unless Chimney & Stove Co. LLC is notified in advance and given the opportunity to inspect the defective item. The company is only responsible for repair or replacement of faulty components. We do not cover incidental or consequential damages.

For the first 15 years from the date of purchase, Chimney & Stove Co. LLC will replace defective components at 100% of the original purchase price. After this period, replacements are offered at 50% of the original price. Warranty remedies are limited to product replacement and do not include any cash value.

This warranty does not cover labor for removal or installation, nor transportation costs. Installation must be done by a trained professional, such as a licensed contractor with chimney experience, CSIA/NFI/WETT certified specialists.

All maintenance and inspection records must be completed and signed by a certified chimney sweep using the warranty card included with your product. If you need a copy of the installation instructions, they are available on our website.

Warranty Exclusions

Use of non-stainless base tees with insulated systems.
Surface damage from improper cleaning or chemicals.
Wear and tear, smoke stains, chimney fires, or failure to maintain.
Improper installation, alteration, or misuse of any kind.
Relocation of products from the original installation site.
Burning prohibited materials such as driftwood or garbage.
Damage from accidents, weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

Note: We do not guarantee the installation itself due to variables beyond our control.

Forever Flexible Liner

Chimney & Stove Co. LLC warrants that its flexible stainless steel chimney liner systems are free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original consumer owns the system. This warranty covers the replacement of any parts that fail due to normal residential use when the liner is used to reline a masonry chimney serving a fireplace, wood stove, furnace, or boiler.

Our flexible liners are manufactured from 316Ti alloy stainless steel and are intended for relining masonry chimneys that vent untreated wood, wood pellets, low sulfur coal, heating oil, and Category I natural or LP gas appliances. They are rated for continuous use up to 1000°F (538°C). This warranty does not apply to use with condensing appliances or to any installation outside of our specified use.

Important: This warranty is void if the liner is used outside its intended purpose or is not installed according to our provided instructions, including the use of insulation where the listing requires it. In the event of a chimney fire, the system must be inspected and approved by a certified chimney sweep before reuse. Regular maintenance is essential for safety and performance.

Chimney & Stove Co. LLC also warrants its stainless steel liners and components against perforation caused by corrosion, chimney fire, or over-firing. However, this warranty does not cover any damage to buildings or property caused by chimney fires or product misuse.

We recommend keeping records of any maintenance performed on your chimney system. If you need a copy of the installation instructions, they are available on our website.

Wear and tear, smoke stains, chimney fires, or failure to maintain.

Burning prohibited materials such as driftwood, salt-laden or preservative-treated wood, plastic, or garbage.
Damage from accidents, weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

Your claim must include:

Proof of purchase
Description of the defect
Model number

We may inspect the product before offering a replacement. If a timely repair or replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a prorated refund upon verification.

Internet Sales Limitation

This warranty is only valid if the product is installed by a trained professional installer: licensed contractors with chimney experience, CSIA, NFI, or WETT certified.

We disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusions of such warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
