What's in this kit

This is a complete straight-line kit. Every part is matched to work together, so you do not have to source components separately.

  • Flexible chimney liner (316Ti stainless steel) Runs through your masonry chimney and carries the exhaust safely to the top. Made in the USA and UL 1777 listed. 316Ti is a high-grade, corrosion-resistant alloy that expands when it heats up and contracts as it cools, which helps break loose creosote build-up. Inside-pipe thickness 0.005 in.
  • Appliance connector (stove adapter) Connects the liner in a straight vertical run to the top outlet of your stove or insert, or to rigid stove pipe. Use this when the liner drops straight down to the appliance with no 90-degree bends.
  • No-sag / no-leak top plate Seals the top of the chimney and supports the liner. The sloped design lets rainwater run off instead of pooling and leaking into the flue. Strong enough to stand on without sagging.
  • Rain cap with screen & wind guard Sits on top of the liner and keeps rain, snow, animals and debris out of the flue. The screen blocks sparks and nesting, the wind guard helps protect draft. Clamps onto the top plate collar with just a screwdriver.

Is this the right kit for you?

Choose this Appliance Connector kit when your chimney sits directly above your stove or insert and you connect to the top outlet (a straight vertical run, no bends). This is the most common setup for fireplace inserts and top-vent stoves.

Connecting from the side, through a thimble, or at a 90-degree angle? You need the Tee Connector kit instead. Not sure? Use our free design service and we will check it for you.

Choosing the right size

The diameters listed are inside diameters (I.D.). Add roughly 1/4 in. for the outside diameter when checking if the liner fits your flue. Match the liner diameter to your appliance's outlet.

Not sure which size you need? Start the chimney liner wizard or request a free design check and we will confirm the right kit for your setup.

How the installation works

  1. Clear the chimney of any obstructions and old debris.
  2. Attach the appliance connector to the bottom of the liner and feed the liner down the chimney.
  3. Connect the appliance connector to the top outlet of your stove or insert (use furnace cement for an airtight seal).
  4. Slide the top plate over the liner at the top and center it to seal the flue.
  5. Clamp the rain cap onto the top plate collar. Done.

Full written instructions are included with every kit. View the installation guide. Phone support before and after your purchase.
