Installation Instructions

1 Preparation:
Before beginning, ensure the stove outlet is clean, level, and free from debris. Check that the 2-in-1 Starter Length and all seals are undamaged and ready for installation.

2 Connecting to the Stove:
Insert the integrated adapter end of the 2-in-1 Starter Length directly into the stove collar. The adapter is designed for a secure, snug fit, ensuring an airtight connection between the stove and the twin wall system.

3 Insulation Check:
The ceramic fiber wool is pre-fitted around the inner adapter. Confirm that it is evenly wrapped and fully seated around the joint area — this provides essential insulation and prevents heat transfer to the outer casing.

4 Fitting the Outer Sleeve:
Slide the outer sleeve down over the joint between the stove and the twin wall section. Engage the quick-lock clips until they snap firmly into place, locking the assembly together and providing a clean, professional finish.

5 Completing the System:
Once the starter length is secured to the stove, continue installation with additional twin wall flue lengths, ensuring each section is properly aligned and locked using the same quick-lock system.

6 Final Inspection:
Check that the starter length is fully seated on the stove collar, the clips are locked, and all components are stable and correctly supported. Perform a smoke or integrity test if required to confirm a safe, airtight connection.
