We deliver nationwide within the UK. 

If you order a small part such as an adapter or cowl, your order will be despatched the same day via DPD when ordered before 1pm.

If you order anything larger, your order will arrive with you on a pallet and will be despatched the same day when ordered before 1pm and be delivered within 48 hours. We deliver till where the truck can go. Please inform us if any specific delivery requirements that may cause issues with a pallet delivery. Charges may apply if we have to re-deliver due to any reason that is not our fault.
The transport company will contact you and book a delivery slot with you directly.

Whilst courier issues are uncommon, volumes and unforeseen circumstances may sometimes result in delivery lead times of 1-3 working days. Therefore, please do not book your installer until your order has arrived and you have checked your items.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into one order.

Please ensure all goods are checked upon delivery. F.O.C. replacement products can only be provided if this is done.

If goods are not checked upon delivery, they must be signed for unchecked and checked within 24 hours. Any faulty/damaged product must be notified to in writing within 24 hours (with
photographs where possible). If the delivery has been signed for without stating unchecked, any replacement products will be charged for at the time of shipping.

Damaged products and packaging must be kept in your location ready for collection or inspection.
If upon receipt of the faulty product/s, it is discovered to be a manufacturing fault or packing issue on our part a credit note will be raised. This procedure is in place as we have limited time in which to notify our courier and raise a claim.

In case these instructions are not followed or we receive damaged items notification more than 24 hours after delivery has been made, we cannot replace items free of charge or issue a corresponding credit note.
