Roof Flashings
We offer 3 types of roof flashing:
Roof Flashing Lead Based for tiled roofs
Rubber Aluminium flashings for flatter tiles.
Aluminium square (ideal for flatter tiles such as slate but not so good for less flat tiles as the aluminium does not "mould" to surfaces so well). A Storm collar is not required with these flashings but can be used to hide the rubber.
EPDM flashings for non-tiled roofs
The multi-application flashing in a highly durable EPDM, edged with a flexible aluminium band, flashes hot or cold flues and pipes on metal roofs. The square base fits any prepared hole on most roof profiles.
