Adjustable wall sleeve 

The adjustable wall sleeve it is 175 – 330mm

Please note, this Sleeve is angled at 45 degrees and not horizontal; and is only available in stainless steel.

The sleeve can be adapted to the thickness of the wall.  The twin wall flue pipe goes through the sleeve.

To keep the wall sleeve securely in place during and after installation, you can follow these steps:

1. Measure and Cut the Wall Opening

• Ensure the hole in the wall is cut to the correct size for the wall sleeve. The sleeve should fit snugly into the opening without excessive gaps.

2. Secure the Sleeve

• For Thin Walls (e.g., 2 cm thick):
  • Use fire-resistant sealant or adhesive around the edges of the sleeve where it meets the wall. This will hold the sleeve in place and create a secure, airtight seal.
  • Alternatively, you can use metal screws or rivets to fix the sleeve to the wall. Drill small holes through the sleeve and into the wall, then fasten it securely.
• For Thicker Walls:
  • If the sleeve is adjustable, extend it to match the wall thickness. Once adjusted, secure it in place using screws or brackets.

3. Add Support Brackets (Optional)

• For added stability, especially in cases where the sleeve might be under strain, you can use small metal brackets or clamps to hold the sleeve in place. Attach these to the wall and the sleeve.

4. Seal the Gaps

• After securing the sleeve, use fire-resistant sealant to fill any gaps between the sleeve and the wall. This ensures no heat escapes and prevents movement of the sleeve.

5. Install the Flue Pipe

• Once the sleeve is securely in place, slide the twin wall flue pipe through the sleeve. Ensure the flue pipe is centered within the sleeve and maintains the required clearance from the sleeve's edges.

6. Final Check

• Double-check that the sleeve is stable and does not move when the flue pipe is inserted. Also, ensure the sleeve is aligned properly to allow the flue pipe to pass through without obstruction.
