For floors and ceilings. A Ventilated Firestop Spacer to fit on the underside of a combustable ceiling where flue passes through to an enclosed space in the room above. Allows for air circulation.
Only under the first ceiling can the plain trim collar be fitted, however a vented round trim collar or a Vented firestop spacer is preferable.
The unvented ceiling support and firestop spacer can be used for oil and gas appliances where the flue Gas temperatures do not exceed 250C or where the chimney passes through a non-combustible floor
